Within the framework of an export contract concluded with the consulting support of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea (ROK), the Russian manufacturer Rustrans DV LLC supplied 500 tons of wood fuel pellets to the RK for a total amount of USD 60,000. The importer on the South Korean side is the CNS company. By the end of this year, it is planned to additionally ship another 4.5 thousand tons of pellets.

According to available information, Russian-made wood pellets will be used as a fuel at power plants in the Republic of Korea.
